    Have not had it for ages...but with thick slices of cheddar on the bread it is actually yummy. In hostel they always used to give us brown bread with it Marmite and black Rooibos tea when we had upset tummys...and it actually did help a little.

    Toast the bread in toaster, spread butter & marmite, top off with cheddar cheese and place under oven grill

    When I feel a bit under the weather I have marmite toast, dunno if it actually helps or is just psychological.

    Marmite spread on roti, topped with some slices of cheddar and rolled up into a roti roll.
