    Default Writing Skills

Lately I just can't write anymore !!. Is is due to tech ? Yes i guess.
Everything is online now a days, filling out forms etc. taking notes in a meeting.

I can't even do my signature properly and now we just have punch a pin number
for our credit cards, no more signing...

Guess writing will eventually become extinct.

Last year when I studied a course in education and had to go write exams my handwriting was so shocking that, at one time, I wrote a note to the lecturer at the start of the paper apologising for my handwriting and explaining that I have been working with computers mostly for the last 8 years and during this time hardly ever touched a pen.

But my writing on the blackboard (green actually) with chalk is quite good I have to say.

I think my fine motor skills in writing on the board have actually benefitted from working with a mouse.

I noticed a few years ago, that when I picked up a pen to do more than just my signature - that I felt lost and my handwriting was way down the tubes.

Of late, with writing lyrics for my music, I've elected to grab pen and paper again - it's more... (what's the word I'm looking for) *feels right* - than typing it out.
In the initial conceptualising phase, I use pen and paper - and for posterity's sake, I'll type it up and backup my shyte.
But my handwriting even now is jaded and appalling
    Shake&Bake™. That, just happened!
