Thread: Block sites from future Google searches

Default Block sites from future Google searches

This is old to some, but still nifty. If you get annoyed with certain sites appearing in your Google searches, head over to http://www.google.com/reviews/t and add the site to the blocked list for your google account.

In future it won't appear on your searches... how cool is that!

Just remember to block the higher level if applicable (rubbishspamsite.com instead of just www.rubbishspamsite.com) - that way you don't have to specify all subdomains.

Google searches are becoming pretty crap lately with their filtering of 'undesirable content'.

I'm okay with it if I can chose what gets filtered.

Nice, I did not know about this. Will come in handy with all my linux iso & mp3 downloading.
Shame about the "only 500" thing though. Oh well.
