Morning Maumau,

Support seemed to be busy last night and we have less staff working on the night shift. You could also send in a support ticket and they will respond as well.

Please let me know if you managed to get your issues resolved and if not PM me your client code so I can take this further.

hi WAJustinW - i'm told that because of Eid there were fewer support staff on duty last night - fair enough. i managed to get through telephonically this morning.
