My ISP: G-Connect Package: 10 Mbps + Free Wi-Fi 100Min
So I tried to sign up online and it tells me my ID is already in their system, so I tried recovering my password with all the email addresses I have - nothing. So I tried to call their after hour support number and have been on hold for 10 minutes to their sharecall number which costs me money even though I have free minutes on my cell contract.
No thank you Axxess... you can keep your product.
So I complained at Hellopeter.com and was told
'Axxess is NOT an existing Company Who Responds.'
Who would have guessed?
*EDIT* Second attempt saw my call disconnected after 7 minutes. Third attempt saw my call disconnected at 7:41
Axxess has already cost me a packet and I haven't even signed up.
They clearly don't have after hours support as advertised. I'm willing to bet they don't have 10Mbps either.
