Default Conection droping on 2MB modem

So pretty much almost everyday around 4PM and 8PM I lose connection to iburst, and I get PPPOE errors for around 30 minutes to an hour (Orange light on modem comes up) and only after a while it works fine and stays connected. so tonight I decided to try using my old 1MB modem at the same time this was happening and it managed to connect fine at the same time both are located at the same place and tried connecting one at time and both at the same time and during this time only the 1MB works and not the 2MB

BTW I have updated the firmware on the 2MB
Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!

The tower you got me pointed at is more stable and i have not been disconected once so far.
