So we'll have to wait for Jannie to sort it out first since there seems to be a problem...

Indeed. What Jannie might not have taken into consideration is that we @ on the retail and trade side do not use Morpheus on which the people within Vodacom might be able to do it on. The system that we use is kind of a front-end for Morpheus which then in turn links through to more "core" systems of Vodacom. Our system compared to the internal systems that people like Jannie and the help desks use is a totally dumbed down front end with restrictive permissions. Kind of to prevent the guys in the shops from vanging aan k@k.

So...Jannie might think it is availabe for us to do because he OK'd it on Morpheus....but on Dealerweb we are not allowed. Hence...you might come right with customer care....but no in the shop.
Now why you loer en kyk gelyk?
Is ek miskien van goud gemake?

What is VSP and what's the requirements? What makes them different from an average user.

VSP stands for Vodacom Service Provider Company.....but this entity no longer exists as it was merged into Vodacom recently. Your bill no longer will reflect VSP or Vodacom Service Provider....it will just show "Vodacom"

By the way this upgrade I got told is not possible. You can upgrade to a regular rip off bundle but can't hop on to another special.

Nothing has changed regarding this to my knowledge...not from the trade/retail side anyway. Migration to the Mofaya tariffs not possible on our system without doing a upgrade.

I will double check again now now...but first I simply must go check out the Fatty Boom Boom vid

K....double checked and no....the Mofaya tarif codes not available on the system we use to process migrations on. So...new lines and upgrades only rule stands from my point of view.

This contract made me so mad, made me want to leave Vodacom entirely.

I had the 12 month 2+2 and then when it's finished they just automatically start charging me 350 pm, they don't say anything about this obviously.

I'll always advice someone to go with the uncapped lite option from mtn which is 300 pm and you get an awesome router that gives all your devices wifi and I think the router is 43mb which is fast.
Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won't mistake for the real thing.

Actually a lot was said at the time the promotion became available with clearly worded T&Cs and it even was a trending topic on this forum. So you really can't claim ignorance.

It was a promotion and after the promotion ended, the pricing would revert. This is how EVERY other promotion, in any industry, works. Otherwise it's not exactly a promotion right?

In any case, we changed it and you now pay the promotional rate (R149), even if you go out of the 24-mont period and not R349.

Glad you changed it, trying to remember when you signed up n order to avoid 200%+ tariff is a pain in the ass after 12 months, not to mention 24 months.
