Migrations to the Mofaya deals are not allowed, be it from a normal deal or from one Mofaya to another Mofaya. The shops therefore will not be able to assist in this regard as the Mofaya tariff codes are not loaded on the migrations portal on the system that we use. You will have to request this via 082111 and see if they can assist or the shop that you use will need to log a call with their help desk and see if this can be done.

Mofaya deals can only be done with new lines or upgrade.

Yup, you can. I OK'd this quite a while ago.

Hello Jannie. I just checked on my sister's Mofaya line. She is currently on the 2Gig one. The 3C1 - 3C2 - 3C3 tariff codes are definitely not available for us to process a migration on. Only the normal codes with normal pricing. It might be available on Morpheus..but not on our side. I double checked.
