TomTom 6-inch GPS and smartphone mount in SA

Navigation company TomTom has announced two new products for the SA market

I wasn't sure this warranted a mention until more details are available, but TomTom also announced specials for it "TomTom gives you more" campaign it plans to launch in October.

Some of their devices will get three years of free map updates while others will get free map updates for life.

They weren't specific about which devices would be getting which special, though. Hendrickx said that they're waiting to see what "their competition" [Garmin] does before pegging down their holiday season specials.

They hold the 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S.
