Downloading on Iburst

Hi ppl

So i have got a 2MB Silver Surfer and external Omni with the following speeds..http://www.speedtest.net/result/2198202436.png

Browsing is very good however if i try to download anything on UTorrent,my speeds don't increase more than 4KB/s.

Is there any trick too increase these speeds .Any help would be appreciated.

if you downloading during office hours Iburst throttles certain ports especially the ones used by p2p (torrents etc.), try setting your utorent to schedule stuff between midnight and 8AM and weekends.
of course you still limited by the source of your torrent so if its poorly seeded and / or heavily leached it will affect speed.

Iburst throttles torrents but there is a way around it.
Use news servers instead.

...and Youtube, and almost every other form of streaming video. All their BS tech talk will tell you otherwise though. Do not believe the BS.
