I think it was a timing issue but that they are also preparing themselves for the 384 upgrades next month.

Actually surprised, as it's a Japanese company & I can't imagine the Japs being happy with slow internet.

How many Japanese citizens are using IS accounts in SA? I think NTT likes money.

IS uncapped is terrible, I can't really recommend it to anybody.

More likely 1Mbps upgraded to 2Mbps lines. Next month it could get worse with 384K upgraded to 1Mbps.
All those new users who will be able to use youtube without buffering.

IS have confirmed that Cape Town IPC upgrade is already complete, and JHB should not be far behind.
