"40 percent of teens own an iPhone"?! Around the globe?!

This is absolute rubbish or there is a lot of info missing in this article.

The globe must have shrunk to the size of Beverly Hills.

I'm happy to report that my two teenage girls swim against this current ... both now on Android (own choice).

Propaganda pieces like this are not working anymore. Apple share price down 10% since launch of iphone5.

In my household my kids are continously challenged to question everything and accept nothing they have not investigated and not agree with. They have access to both Apple and Android devices but chose Android and they will each provide their own reasons for doing so. Clever kids. Trends and stupid tribalism be damned.

A fact that defies all rational sense. If ever there was a historic long term stock bargain it's Apple. They seem to attract panic dumps, fearmongering and overblown expectations that turn into stock drops when they aren't met.

So far two pro-Apple people(not isheep though) have told me that they think Apple is running out of ideas judging by the iphone 5.
Seems non tech people are realizing that theres not much new Apple can bring to the table anymore,I wonder if indeed Steve Jobs may just have been as good as claimed and without him if Apple is going to become just another manufacturer.

The big question is can Apple innovate going forward besides just making slimmer devices with longer screens?

That's a nice opinion. Meanwhile we're talking about Apple's stock prices and the facts that led to its recent 10% drop from somewhere over $700 to $628 as of today. It certainly isn't based on any evidence of diminished customer demand if that's what you're implying. They're selling out iPhone5's as fast as they can make them and then some.
