Jailbreak iOS 6.1 Beta 1 Tethered Using Redsn0w

Wonder if apple have given up fighting the jailbreak? Maybe they realize the ground they losing regards iOS innovation is being negated by developments in the jailbreak community?

MY 5c is that people are drawn to devices that can be "cracked" and customized, I think it works in Apple's favour.
 
Who cares if they can jailbreak pre-A5 devices? The fight is over A5/A6 and the hackers are losing at present.
