Vodacom BlackBerry service down once again (11 January 2013)

This is bigger than just the networks. Am connected to my WIFI at work and while I have BIS connectivity, it is severely degraded and I can't load pics in the facebook APP....

Update from Vodacom:

Vodacom can confirm that some BlackBerry customers experienced issues with Vodafone’s data services in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The issue was caused by a router error. Services are in the process of being restored and we continue to monitor the situation closely. We apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused and we will provide updates as necessary.

Still not 100% it seems, cannot browse or use Whatsapp, slowly receiving BBM's / delivery of BBM's taking a while

VC data call centre doesn't answer already 20 minutes on hold. Their website is broken. Weakest signal in my area. Just useless.
I am cancelling. Good riddance.
