    What was Apple thinking. The remote is too minimalistic to provide any decent home-entertainment experience and unless you jailbreak the atv functionality is really limited. Would you use atv to rent movies - at 40 bucks per movie and 1.5-4GB download I seriously doubt it?

    SD rentals start from just ZAR 19.99, and HD rentals start from ZAR 29.99

    @DeathStrike, congrats but can't help with the present .

    Nice to see more Apple products being launched officially over here. For those who don't know, this is the ATV3 which supports 1080p. Full details on the device here on Apple's US site. Keep an eye on when the local site is updated .

    Does this mean we are getting TV Show rental/download/season pass access soon for the SA Store ?
