Thread: WoW EU Horde players.

  1. #1

    Default WoW EU Horde players.

    Hi all,

WarStomp Clan is looking for more members, especially South Africans. (seeing that the EU just got released).

We play Horde on Ahn'qiraj, so, if any of you are interested in joining up, you can either whisper me (Valex), or Cebraiz ingame. Otherwise, drop me a PM.

Atm we're really low on members, guild started only a few days ago. If more interest is shown from the SA WoW community, we'll get a website, and either a TS or Vent server.

Our main aim will be PvE, gearing up. On the side there will be PvP, (Everyone needs to smash a gnome every-now and then).

If you've always wanted to try out Horde, (yeah, I know the South Africans love alliance), create an alt on Ahn'Qiraj and join the guild

So, whisper me, Valex, or Cebraiz ingame to get a invite to the guild.

P.S, There aren't any restrictions yet, we're recruiting all

People cannot gain anything without sacrificing something
You must present something of equal value to gain something.

sorry for you hollow.sure you a seasoned wower sooo you know its called power leveling,Besides depending the guild size it would be advisble to help lower levels level up so the 20 maners can be tackled.

gold and items they need to get themselves.

any how back to the subject,I have no reply or response from any of the SA guilds i applied to so ill check it out

what is the point of a guild if they aren't meant to help you? I find people very selfish on the official server ..... The environment on the local blackstorm server was much more friendlier and gave a more pleasant gaming experience.

I have been an avid gw player up until now, and have decided to give WoW a spin. Bought the game today, and installing as we speak. If you are willing to have a newbie tag along and ask questions all the time I would be interested

Guilds are meant to help and give advice where they can, but I think the actual leveling of your char is mostly up to you as it is a huge timesink for lvl 60 players, you will find players more willing to give the odd 10 gold to help you on your way and maybe a few bags and left over items and various other stuff that seem insignificant to a lvl 60 but greatly helps lower lvls gain thier own levels.

Besides I just started WoW aswell and I dont expect any help except the advice on questions I ask but people are very generous sometimes and will most likely run you through a couple instances and so forth.

Btw are there any Alliance SA guilds on Sylvanas as I am still guildless

People on official arent selfish... we're just realistic. Blackstorm was an emulated lie Official takes ages, especially if you're grinding, pvp'ing, farming, pve'ing... etc. There's little time to help out other ppl get to 60. The occasional quest and such is alright, but many ppl are pre-occupied getting themselves to where they want to be so its difficult/impossible to support other ppl as well. Additionally, if i had to help every new person that joins the guild, i would never get my 800g epic mount, Rank 10, etc. Official takes a long time, "proper time".

This is why i said in a previous post that WOW emu spoils the game. It doesnt give players a proper reflection of what WOW official is really about.

I'm not sure if you're talking about Ahn'Qiraj... but if you are: The realm's been down for extended maintenance. It's back up now... and does allow new character creation. Whisp me, Ghamas, when you get in-game.

allow me to rephrase : a guild with 40 active lvl60's does not have time to level up the lowbies.

Those 40 lvl60's have embarked on the next stage of their WoW careers : raiding. raiding requires all your time, gathering materials for potions, enchants blabla etc. Then, I'm sure, some might even enjoy doing a few WSG's or whatever. Then there are the world dragons also. So how exactly is it fair for the lowbies to demand that the 60's boost them trough DM/SM/whatever ?

Consider it a huge favour when a lvl60 who could've gone on a raid, comes to help you through a low lvl instance.

However, in a developing guild with only a handful of 60's and mostly low lvl's its different.

I would help fellow guildies, especially if they were my friends that I knew personally

I think level 45-59 are the ones that help the level 18-30's most. Which is cool I guess. I have come to believe that the emu spoils official but nonetheless the emu was still fun.
