Hi All,

Please could you give me some tips on how to setup my iburst for maximum download and upload speeds using a router.

I have a desktop modem connected to a D-Link Broadband Router (DIR-615) which then sets up a wi-fi which I access from various machines around the house. On MOST occassions though I use my main machine (Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit) to do my downloads and uploads.

My speeds are approx: 10-25 kbps for both upload and download

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Victor

The optimum setting of iBurst is in the trash can . ba bing... ;)

There is a way to access the iBurst modem to see the quality of your radio connection to the iBurst tower, heck knows what it is though I suggest calling them getting that information and then access your modem and find the optimum spot for your iBurst modem.

I was talking more about settings on the PC to make it optimal ... not really positioning of the modem ....

any suggestions ?
