Aai FNB, I really don't understand you. You have this big drive to get people onto self service banking. Great, its better for everybody. Then I need to do a simple thing like change the cell number that my OTP gets sent to. Not even Google can tell me how to do this.
I call the helpline, and you ask me a whole bunch of questions to verify that I really am me. Fair enough.
I answer all the questions with perfect accuracy. Then you tell me that I am not who I claim to be and I must go into the bank to prove that I am really me. WTF?!?
I have accounts to pay and a business to run, and you tell me at 14h30 on a friday afternoon, sorry - END OF THE MONTH FRIDAY AFTERNOON - that I must go into the bank to prove that I am who I am. No frikkin way. Especially since the ONLY branch in Uitenhage is offline 9 times out of 10 that I have been there.
This is just not good enough man.
