Neotel - IP address blocked

Hallo

Please help me out as I really dont have any idea what to do

Im using Outlook, I can receive emails but since this morning I can't send any emails.
I get a email back saying: "550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list"

I went on http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check

My IP address: 41.174.12.140

Its blocked, why I dont know, please help me.

I cant send out any emails and would really appreciate it if someone can tell me what to do

Have you spoken to neotel?

Read thru the removal process and make sure you have read the conditions
and make sure your user that is spamming the world is stopped or infected device
is cleaned or removed from the network
