    What is the error that you are getting? is it not Network locked?

    Hi People...

    im need some help.

    i got a VIRGIN contract and ported my vodacom number to it. after the port whenever i try connect to EDGE/GPRS i get a screen asking for my Login Details (user,pass,domain) WTF. im using an HTC S710

    Virgin mobile ripped off customers in December by debiting monthly fee on the 24th December instead of 1 st Jan. Also seemed to put through higher fees than normal. Nio reply to a phone call and 2 emails to different customer care officials. Nice one Virgin. Still waiting for statement since 27th December to explain all.

    I loaded these settings into my loan C261 Moto, Virgin said that the phone doesn't support internet... but it got onto google. Too bad for the fibre issue in cape town this morning... seems the internet is still having hassles...

    Guys I have a Nokia 7100 and it uses opera mini as the browser- problem is...I can't key in any settings for the wap (MTN worked when I dialled the 123 number and got wap settings but when I send the message to virgin says like 'settings will arrive shortly'...yeah no settings arrive).

    Help if you can please

    Just create a new internet and apn profile, give the apn as vdata and you can live everthing else blank.

    good luck... cos when you get them to work, they will work for a few weeks and then you will have to do it all over again.

    You should be able to go into the Virgin Menu and download settings. but that has never worked for me...

    I have a c6620 on virgin mobile i cant get the settings to work it just fails saying might be no network coverage is there any otherway i can connect to the net not useing virgin settings or some way i can get my settings to work, i have called the call center but they are useless whats new ?

    please help my poor cell phone

    i have an unlocked iPhone 3GS but i can't get the MMS settings for my phone.
    i have requested the settings through the VM menu but they haven't arrived.

    the iPhone is asking me for the following:

    APN
    username
    password
    MMSC
    MMS proxy
    MMS max message size
    MMS UA prof URL

    can anybody help me with these? thanks in advance
