On what connections do you access XBoxLive?

What connection to the internet do you guys use to access xbox live and how is the latencies? Does it lag or not?

I played local Gears of War and rainbow 6 Vegas on iBurst without many problems.

I know lots of people use ADSL 384 for all the games and if they play locally there is generally no lag...

International games are laggy, nothing to really do here except blame Telkom...

I play on 384 ADSL and the latencies are fine to play most games. If you want to host more than 4-6 peeps though, you need at least 512.

The stated minimum requirement for xbox live is 256Mbps - the problem with hosting is that the upload speed on 384 is only 128mbps, 512 is 256mbps.

I have the 4MB paskage and there is still lag when playing overseas. A little bit of shuddering which is noticeable.
