Its very possible there's no reason at all. Short from feeling sorry for yourself, its possible you're suffering from mild depression, so don't get all suicidal on us!!!!... Get help if it ever goes that far, and for now, pick a GOOD Comedy, and laugh a little!

Strange, I also had a great day and now I'm feeling depressed. Maybe there's something in the atmosphere - unusual air pressure or a solar flare or something.

    google 'seasonal afffective disorder'

think back over the years and try and remember if you felt like this during this part of year .... my partner suffers from this.

my advice to you is that if you were brave enough to post this question then go and read up about depression...

It could just be that you are going thru a low patch ... things will look up.

I must have daily affective disorder, at 7AM I'm depressed but at 5PM I'm feeling much better.

Have the same thing. I'm totally an evening person. Half asleep until about 10 am, grumpy until at least 12. Come night time I'm right as rain. Stupid biological clock.

    right on

There is this guy I work with and he is pretty much grumpy the whole week. When you try to have a conversation with him he will try as hard as he can to end the conversation, even border on being rude.

Have a tot of tequila, you'll be A OK...
Seriously though, if you're feeling this way dont ever go for "pick me up" addictions like - coffee, sugar's, food, etc. (and if you're a smoker, then have a ciggy) Rather take a walk, do something different. Look for good support around you, someone that you can easily talk to and trust...have someone at work or at home, a friend. Or if you really dont want to talk to someone that you know, chat to someone on the forum.
