Cacell, online cell stores
Please can anyone tell me about their online cell buying experiences especially with cacell.co.za as I would like to buy a new handset from them. I would like to find out about customer service, if there are trustworthy etc...
My brother has already been ripped off by an online cell company and I don't want that happening again! Thanks.
Havent had dealing with them so i cant comment on customer service. it is always a good idea to cover the basics ... like the most important .. warranty and repairs ...Originally Posted by don_ct

Most of their handsets are grey stock and do not have local warranty
Thanks for your replies. The warrantly implications are serious and how do you know if they will repair/replace your handset? It seems we are doomed to buy phones from service providers.
Any further comments ?
I bought a Galaxy S from them 1.5 years ago.
It took two weeks to get here and the box had already been opened. Other than that the phone was 100% and is still in working order.
