Neotel have the following on their website:

http://www.neotel.co.za/neotel/view/neotel/en/page41356

I only list the highlights:

""The Indian CDMA operators achieved this notable milestone (doubling the subscriber base in a year), while breaking several industry records:

· World's lowest voice tariffs: India's operators began offering tariffs as low as US$0.025 per minute for wireless phone services.

· World's fastest subscriber acquisition: Reliance Communications (RCL) sold more than one million phones within a week after introducing three ultra low-cost CDMA2000 monochrome phones with data access on May 2, 2007.

· World's fastest growing market: India's operators have been rolling-out 3G CDMA2000 1X services faster than any other market, exceeding an average of 1.7 million net subscriber additions per month.

· World's most affordable color phone: RCL introduced the world's lowest-cost wireless phone with a color display, the Classic 631.

· World's most affordable data access phones: RCL introduced three of the world's lowest-cost mobile phones with data access, the Classic 202, 203 and 204 models.

· World's first 3G CDMA single chipset handset: Tata Teleservices launched the world's first CDMA2000 handset using a single chipset solution, MotoFone f3c, to enable feature-rich services at an affordable price.""

I think it is quite brave to list the above knowing that you will be measured against it.
