Is there anything else that can go wrong with this network.

I wanted to know the number of an MTN SIM I had so I dialed my Virgin number. It had full battery, full signal etc, yet the call went straight to voicemail. I had absolutely no diverts on the line either.

IS THERE A FAULT/DISAGREEMENT WITH MTN ->VM LINK?

Please someone let me know because I'm expecting some calls.
