Openweb authentication problems

since yesterday I cant connect with my openweb account.
I have at least 20 gigs left on that account.

Axxess and Webafrica work fine.

I have e-mailed openweb support, nothing.
I have sent a message to MrBeep, nothing.

If its not working soon, I want a rebate, since its almost the end of the month, and I expect to finish the unused portion of the cap, since it does not get carried over.

I am not sure why we did not receive your mail. I personally check, and respond to every single mail sent to my address, and my support staff do the same.

I have corrected the problem on your account, and would publically like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
