If you jailbroke with blackra1n and can still not access the root partition, then download something called "afc2add" from Cydia which fixes this and allows root access again.

This could be caused by dud software downloaded from Cydia, failed upgrade processes etc. Not to panic:
First try put the phone in recovery mode, if that does not work, then try put the phone into DFU mode.

Please note the AppData and Application Data folders are hidden folders. You must enable the viewing of hidden folders in folder options to be able to see them.
