Hi All

I am a contract subscriber on MTN AnyTime 200 - when I check with *141*4*2#, it mentions "This service is only available to MTN Pay as you Go and MTN AnyTime and Mtn Off Peak" - so am I not entitled to this?

No you need to be PAYG or Top Up or Off peak Top Up to be able to use MTN Zone

Sure but as said in the response ""This service is only available to MTN Pay as you Go and MTN AnyTime and Mtn Off Peak"

I've got an Anytime 100 and still tells me the same thing... I'd just like to know MTN's motives for "discriminating" against certain packages... I mean us contract customers bring in more money than prepaid yet we are shown the toffee.

I know of a bunch of ppl that don't get discounts even after they have activated MTN Zone!

Now that is false advertising cause they promote MTN Zone for topup and PAYG customers!

My mtnzone works, 100% discount works at night for me so i guess it does (MTN OFF-PEAK)

Over the weekends you should see MTN Zone 100% frequently. This will give you free sms and free calls from MTN to MTN as long as you see something like this.

ZONE100%60% 100% = MTN to MTN and 60% = To other Networks SMS and Calls

So with the MTN Off peak topup it works? So you are indeed getting discounts. So you get free calls and sms when its 100%?
