Just because you are using 'local torrents' doesnt mean there wont be any international peers and traffic on em. (seedboxes as stated above) So utorrent is prob using the intl bandwidth. Close utorrent and see if the problem is solved. Altbinz wont use intl bandwidth using local news server.

The setup is suppose to only update the files that are newer. It should keep all your settings.
I've already posted why I haven't implemented automatic updates. I blame the stupid OneClick setup that C# Express is using to publish my code.

Oh ok cool, will donwload the update when i ready to restart my pc again. for now i think all is ok. Also it's not an important update right, just error message fixed and some other things...

I cant install the new app... says: You cannot start application Traffic Splitter Beta from this location because it is already installed from a different location.
