    I find it odd that Openserve just accepted and installed your Pure Connect DSL and then the they killing the ISAM. I will esquire from our service manager what is the way forward. For now we suggest you use it until it gets cut off by Openserve and we take it from there.

    Not at all. I just want to rule it out as a possible issue and gather as much info as possible. Just logging a fault the FNO is going to laugh at the fault. When I log a fault or ask NOC to have a look I want to show them we did everything the issue is not at the clients premises.

    If a new order is placed once the line is installed the ISP gets billed. The best way is to arrange an appointment for the install closer to the time but that might not always be a viable option because if there is a B number in the holding pool for the address Openserve will automatically...
