    Correct but burden of proof lies with the supplier.

    Incorrect refer Sec 41 of the CPA. Not disclosing a material fact can result in a supplier being forced to take the vehicle back, ties in with Sec 55, the right to safe, good quality goods and Sec 56 , implied warranty of quality
