  • Hi. Just need to give you a heads up. They won't do anything if you have not tried to get the modem sorted through the normal channels. You have to take to a vodacare/repair outlet to give them a chance to fix or replace it and then have to escalate the problem. Only after that will Pieter try to sort it out.
