Xiaomi Mi Box / Mi Box S [Android TV OS]

I see some people have mentioned it came with Oreo... So that may be the issue. Does the LIT have this issue?

So with optical, it won't down mix to standard 5.1? Optical will give stereo?

And the interface? Is it effected? I'm wondering if optical works?

That's a huge issue! I always hear how this box is the best. Netflix via Kodi?

Xiaomi Mi Box / Mi Box S [Android TV OS]

I don't have the box with me... But my brother just phoned and pointed it out. He used to use PCM and it was fine... But today he bought a small Yamaha AV system was excited to try Netflix 5.1. He just phoned and mentioned sound break up that he'd never had before

Does anyone have issues on 5.1 sound, specifically Netflix?

    DSTV Now - Surround ?

Is this supposed to be surround ? I'm trying a few random titles on Catch Up and they all come up as 2 channel ... yet Netflix, Amazon etc are 5.1

    Huawei Mate 20

I'd take the P30P now, given a chance. But, as I've said before, I really hope they don't remove the Face ID feature from the M30P.

Trump's Huawei ban leaves US companies reeling

... because it's expensive, relative to what they're currently paying - and that will have a knock on effect.

    Best TV Box

It is... You pay for it though! But what I mean is the LIT does 4k HDR Netflix, YouTube etc... As does the Mi Box. Most the Android TVs have similar hardware, so that shouldn't be an issue. But I don't know any cheap or even mid level box with Gbit ports
