I was thinking of wiring it up to the house db box but I'll need to get an electrician and honestly, it's an over kill for my setup. Any suggestions for a lighting solution? I'm thinking of buying a floor lamp.

I'm sure the title doesn't match my description. I have a 2400va Mecer inverter with 2 100ah batteries. I currently power my server, floor lamp and TV. I have no need to power kitchen appliances. What do you use your inverter for?

I have the same issue as @lilDeath. I'm running 2 100ah Gel Batteries, had my setup for close to 2 years now. Is it even worth having the batteries tested at battery centre? Or should I just buy 2 new batteries?
