    Thanks all. Yeah lease says municipal rates etc. Says we can pay directly to municipality or the owner can choose to tell us what is due, we pay him and he settles with municipality (which is what they have opted for). So he told us, but I would like to see the bills from the municipality...

    My wife is an essential worker, and we need to move to KZN for her work. Movers said even with her being an essential worker, they still cant move us. They are trying to reach someone in Gov as many in same situation, but have been unsuccessful so far :(
