So it's a subsidy... The rich 'haves' must pay for the poor. A noble though and probably a fair decision. But then what about all the illegal connections.
Also do Solar geysers count as a solar installation.
So Eskom want Solar users to pay a higher connection fee. I assume that this is because Eskom claims that they need to have plant available if & when the Solar users need to draw power from the grid.
If Solar users are paying a higher connection fee, then they should be given a guaranteed higher...
