FNB vs Capitec
- both have virtual cards
- both have scan to pay
- only FNB has card emulation of their virtual card making NFC for tap-to-pay possible (I think)
so for me, as a Capitec customer, NFC using my virtual cards would be cool, though I don't think they support it
the IS-f doesn't get made or sold anymore though right?
looks like most current model sedans from Lexus are in the 8s to 100km/h range, the fastest sedan being the LS 500 at 5 seconds
compare that to the BMW M340i which costs half the price and gets to 100 in 4.4s ... and that's before you...
I'm mostly speaking from a maximum power and performance perspective, BMW and Merc have upped the power stakes every generation and Lexus has not, it is essentially now the slowest of them all
ah ok that makes sense, come to think of it I've noticed the QR code on card devices at PnP/Checkers etc, never tried it out
if it's standard MasterPass though then I guess I can also use my Capitec virtual card, not exactly unique to FNB
NFC would be cool however
easy, process of elimination:
- US and British cars are rubbish
- Lexus keeps facelifting their cars without making any real changes for the last decade it seems

It's a long freeway, technically once you pass PE the N2 starts to bend more North-East and eventually is more North than Cape Town, heading through Durban and ending in Ermelo which is almost as far North as Jo'burg
just some useless info, like our useless cops and useless journalists, in the...
thanks Eskom, it is not as if I thawed a massive leg of lamb yesterday which needs to be slow roasted for lunch today and needs 4 hours in the oven
that 8am - 10:30am loadshedding slot I have this morning doesn't mess with that at all
funny thing: when the entire world is in a "vaccinate everyone no matter what even if their risk of death is zero" frenzy, the blessing of the government kind of falls by the wayside as long as you do what the worldwide recommendation is
there's no science and no logic in play, which is why...
