supersonic sent a sms now about the service been down according to the sms it is a network issue and they dont have a eta on this

i dont have other different isp details plus super sonic support team is saying it is a open serv issue

Good day all Is there any body else have fibre connection issue in centurion lyttleton area close to jean crossing. as my fibre been down from 1am this morning the support say it a issue with open serv and cant get me a eta on when it will be fixed.

Just a update open serve is coming now to install the fibre into my flat once done super sonic promised they will have a tech at my flat by 6 pm tonight only when i confirm that open serve has done with the install and the fibre connection is live... Will keep you all updated

I have signed up with them and it been more than 7 days still waiting on the installation of the Fibre from open serv they called me yesterday to tell me open serv might be here to install tomorrow I hope so will keep you all informed
