Clareinch (Claremont, Cape Town) exchange at full capacity
We've got terrible latency at work - >300ms first hop. ISP says the exchange is at full capacity - maxing out at 130.69M - issue logged with Telkom. Is anyone else having trouble?- Paddo

Can someone explain this tracert to me?
I am trying to make sense of a tracert on my line which is with Verizon, here is a portion (all Verizon servers as far as I can tell). I have added the location as indicated by IP2location.com: 5 15 ms 19 ms 11 ms 196.31.93.49 (Cape Town) 6 74 ms 26 ms 26 ms...- Paddo
