Finally figured it out: With these RDS radio's once they go into safemode, you have to keep the radio on for at least an hour to unlock it. Yeah, I have the owners manual, but there aren't any details about the RDS Radio. This piece of paper was in the manual, and I tried to enter the radio number 3 times and that is what put it in safe mode- qoQ8jLX3
