Hi there, I have paid my first subscription on 24 August 2018 - Order ID 380394. I have not yet received confirmation e-mail. The optic fiber cables was laid in our area roughly 4 weeks ago, still not service neither any updates …. this is poor service. Thanks

Hi RPM - please rectify: Morkhans closed a thread that I started alerting potential users of Cell C's Randburg outage, and then deleted my post when I reposted on another thread as per his (wrong) instruction. Hello Morkhans - you closed the original thread in which I posted Cell C's network outage issue and requested that I repost it on this thread.
It appears you have made a mistake. This thread is for people who REQUEST Cell C's assistance. I do not wish to do that. I have already escalated the matter over the past FOUR days with Cell C, and merely posted this on MyBroadband to inform other hapless users. Therefore you were wrong to make me repost it here.
I suggest you re-open my original thread to allow other users to respond to my original post. You have no business censoring a discussion on MyBroadband by consumers.

On that subject, I was wondering why "The value of true redundancy" casts MTN with a halo, where Telkom who had 100% up-time for WCS2010 was not mentioned. Should we not give all respective parties an equal slice of the praise?
