quite frustrating with no comms on what is going on. been down since just after 8am this morning. running a numberplate system for a non-profit "customer". Maybe just create a Facebook page or whatever and keep customers informed.
Getting the same issue, now suddenly all IRP5's disappeared, and I am unemployed. Even though the previous calculation shows correct. So can't submit. Tried refreshing data and requesting return multiple times. No joy. And you can't connect to a live agent as they have reached capacity.

Anyone else experiencing slow ADSL in Pinehurst, Durbanville? I know our Exchange can only do 4mbps but since Friday speeds have been dropping to average 57kbps. Tried 3 different ISP accounts and all giving the same issue.
Haven't noticed any change, even this morning still hovering...
Suddenly for the last week the account is shaped.I am paying for an unshapped per GB account. Logged multiple tickets with Axxess and no resolution. Other accounts working fine.
