Somebody from CoolIdeas phoned me, and Evotel are claiming there is nothing wrong. Surprise, surprise.
Now they want me to test and bypass the router during peak hours. This will accomplish NOTHING, because if it was a problem on my side or with my router it would not happen only during peak...
The last couple of days I have been having issues with packet loss and bad upload speeds during peak hours.
Could you please take a look at this for me? I am on Evotel in Welkom.
