Errr, I'm paying for a service. They're hardly a "victim" here. Do I get the benefit if they don't deliver for 3 weeks? If I wanted a load of excuses and zero communication, I'd go speak to the government.

I agree, I can weather tech issues. But after 3 weeks of packet loss and problems and only getting, "it must be your equipment" as a response, I think I'll spend my Rands somewhere else.

On Openserve. Packet loss at 50% intermittently for 3 weeks now. Downloads at 30% of line speed. Multiple tickets with no response. I'm off to another ISP.
