hey vl@d, the Error 813 has the following definition:
813
You have attempted to establish a second broadband connection while a previous broadband connection is already established using the same device or port. Please disconnect the earlier connection and then re-establish the connection.
My guess is that you didn't import the registry setting that stroebs gave in his guide. You have to restart your PC first in order for the registry setting to take effect - I think.
Hi vl@d, Have you done ALL the steps, one after the other? You must edit the windows registry to allow for two concurrent ADSL PPPoE connections to be connected at once. Please inform me if you get it right -
