I tried other network sim cards and they work fine on the phone. It seems to be an issue with the sim as I tried it in other phones and it still didn't work

Goodday, i got myself a blackberry 8520 curve on prepaid last week tuesday, my blackberry is registered with the wireless network, now the problem is, is that i bought a R59 BIS last week tuesday, and my BIS has not yet been activated? im very angry about this because i lost 7 days already, the people from vodacom told me it will be activated in24 hours, its already day 7!!!! im very unhappy, on my service status it says BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) connection : not connected. Can you please help me out

I needed a specific number for my business and got it from CellC. I'm currently a Vodacom contract holder and decided to port the nuber to Vodacom so that I can get it an a Vodacom contract. But now my new "vodacom" sim cant receive calls from telkom!?!?
Whenever somebody tries to phone me from a Telkom line they either the 'busy' tone. My phone doesn't ring. Calls from MTN and CellC come through fine. I am guessing something went wrong when the ported my number from CellC to Vodacom.
Could it be that the Msisdn was not removed properly from the original network when the port was actioned??? What should I do???
