'An indictment of South Africa': whites-only town Orania is booming

I agree. The Brits from several hundred years ago should not be throwing the word racist around. Current day Brits though are not guilty of the crimes of their ancestors. My point of course is that none of the things you have mentioned are happening today in current day Britain. There is no...

'No one wants to listen to us': angry Kliptown residents turn to SAHRC

You swap the ANC for a less corrupt and more focused political party, damn near any of them, and see what happens. Just the absence of bleeding billions in corruption and ineptitude gives a lot of space for efficient service delivery.

'No one wants to listen to us': angry Kliptown residents turn to SAHRC

Tshwane gives city boss secret ‘R7m’ handshake

No matter what party someone comes from corruption is corruption. Giving someone a raise and millions for doing a poor job is an indication of potential corruption. Investigate and prosecute. Female college student designs chair that blocks 'manspreading'

The chair takes up as much space as the guy spreading his legs. It doesn't make her "public space" any less infringed upon.

Farmer allegedly injures 3 after opening fire on protesters blocking his path

The same thing that happens when you infringe upon any other human rights. You get arrested. You are not allowed to stop people from moving. You have no right to do so. I don't know when it became something we consider acceptable in South Africa. This is how our law is supposed to work. For...
