Anyone having buffering using crunchyroll on PlayStation or Samsung tv app? Seems tonight everything is buffering on their apps

Anyone here use crunchyroll on a Samsung tv ? It used to work fine but now I’m trying to watch some anime and I’m having constant buffering

Yes I’ve ran pingplotter to Google dns 8.8.8.8 and others and have noticed considerable packet loss during these hours, also I do find it weird that none of my immediate neighbours have any issues at all, all of them are on different isps if that makes a difference though

The FNO is zoom , I’m in Pietermaritzburg and we’ve done all possible tests with technicians, trace routes and connecting with lan cable directly to the ont box, however even when connecting directly to the ont the speeds were still extremely low and ping spikes and some packet loss always occur...

My monthly usage is around 300 gigs download and 30 upload, I think that’s a fairly reasonable usage and not on the high side so I wouldn’t understand why I’m being throttled
