How do you go about setting up WARP at the router level?

Yep, same here. Man this is annoying, having to deal with intermittent internet issues over the last week with Cool Ideas ontop of stage 6, so demotivating

Yeah.... having the same issues with the Tarkov server, same host :( Packet loss and disconnects constantly the last 2 days

Is this the local Tarkov server? Or Path of Exile?

@ThinkCars did you ever end up replacing the fan or finding a solution? Just bought that Lalela 720w for my upstairs office but yoh it's stupidly loud, I don't care about voiding warranty but don't want to open if it's not possible to replace the fan
