Home owner want to move in but I still have 1 year and 4 month on my contract.

1 month on top of my deposit to leave 2 month early (according to him) or 1 year and 2 month according to me. either way I don't think it's a fair offer. not sure if the forum agrees.

Ok,got lawyer to review the contract so let's see, but I'll only move to a same type place or better and he of course will have to cover the costs. I don't understand him also, we paying him a very nice rant and we are good tenants, he can definitely find something else.

I signed up a lease until end on December 2025, I have a feeling the owner was not aware as he originally asked if I can move end of this month but he is ok with end of October, upon reminding him that the lease is until end of 2025 he said something about initial rental term of 12 months, it...
